Kathy attended Christian schools in California and met her husband at Dordt College. She has been part of the Peoria church family and served as its administrative assistant for nearly 40 years. Most of her work is done at home on a part-time basis, and she enjoys the opportunity to help support the pastor, Council, and ministries of the church. Kathy and Tim live and work on their family farm and have been blessed with four children and 14 grandchildren.
Grant Fynaardt
Groundskeeper
The groundskeeper is responsible for the lawns, landscaping, and snow removal.
Grant is a lifelong member of Peoria CRC and graduated from Peoria Christian School, Pella Christian High School, and received a degree in agriculture from Dordt College. Grant and his wife Amber have been groundskeepers at the church since 2017. They enjoy spending time outdoors while caring for God's beautiful creation. You might also see their son Enoch helping out or riding on the mower! When they aren’t mowing yards or trimming bushes, they enjoy working on the family farm, building houses, and teaching.

Paige grew up in Peoria CRC, attended Peoria Christian School, Pella Christian High, and graduated from Dordt College with a degree in biology. She has served as the church's custodian since 2022 and also works part-time in a research laboratory. Paige and her husband have three sons.
